How to deal with dysphoria
I am not an expert in these type of things, but I do know what helps me feel better and so I am going to show you on here. This will also help you understand what is going on with your body and mind.

Sometimes it can be hard and you turn to things that you hope will help, trying to find the best way to help is good as long as it is harming to your body or mind in any way. Here are somethings that I do to help.
Find euphoria clothing
Euphoria is the opposite f dysphoria and is the feeling of extreme happiness. By euphoria clothing I mean something like a baggy jumper or joggers that you think makes you look extra masculine this will insure that the dysphoria is replaced with euphoria and if it doesn't then try different clothes sometimes tight cloths help as well!

Tie long hair back
I have really long hair and that cause a lot of dysphoria, a way to help this is to tie it back and pretend it doesn't exist, another way is to put something with a hood on and tuck you hair in, put the hood up and bam your bald, amazing kind of magic if you ask me, ohh I just thought abought an FTM Harry potter.

Consult someone you trust
I talk to my sister when I feel down and she always try's her best to help me, although she struggles I know she'd trying her best. Only talk to people you trust and they can try and help you, I think having something like worst like 'sweet boy' or some other sappy shi- ... stuff may help with dysphoria by allowing you to feel free to be around them and be yourself.
Try to stay positive no matter what. I find watch or reading other people's stories help because mostly the stories are about how they got through it and what happened. This will make you feel at home and know that if they got through it so can you. You can go to my STORIES page to help you.
