Your chest

This is a very sensitive topic for most including myself, it is one of an FTM's biggest setback because removing your chest is very expensive and dysphoria can cause a lot of depression, however this page is about how to deal with that, trying to hide you chest is difficult and can have major medical issues so if you want to bind then make sure to bind correctly and safely, don't leave your binder on for more than eight hours, set a timer on your phone if you have to. If it is unsafe for you to get a binder or you can't afford one turn to donations, and if you really can't get one make sure the binding you are doing is safe, like a sports bra that fits you, this squishes those bishes straight down. It is OK to feel sad about your chest it will happen for most trans man and if it doesn't then lucky you.
Try to stay positive no matter what. I find watch or reading other people's stories help because mostly the stories are about how they got through it and what happened. This will make you feel at home and know that if they got through it so can you. You can go to my STORIES page to help you.
