Random dysphoria

Random dysphoria sucks, it's basely where you look at something and think shiz that makes me a girl, but it is literally like a teddy bear. Other things like how you sit and how you sleep are other ones. To help this type of dysphoria is simple, change the way you are sitting, lay down in a way you feel les dysphoric and stuff that teddy bear into the closet with you, this will make you feel way happier and you can be who you are without feeling bad at everything, if you don't want to let dysphoria get the best of you then leave it there, by that I men the teddy, and sleep how you sleep and sit how you sit, you can over power it if you want to HAHAHA the power of your mind.

Try to stay positive no matter what. I find watch or reading other people's stories help because mostly the stories are about how they got through it and what happened. This will make you feel at home and know that if they got through it so can you. You can go to my STORIES page to help you.
