Face dysphoria

Face dysphoria is a hard one to tackle, Like looking in the mirror and every time wanting to rip it of. Or even small things like, wishing your lips where less pink to look more masculine even though it doesn't make any difference. Or wishing your nose wasn't so slim. These are all worries some FTM people have. To help with this you can use makeup. Sometimes makeup makes me dysphoric but if you add a shade only a tiny bit lighter to your original skin tone it adds definition, you can make your eyes deeper and you jaw line more masculine. Most people would say that doing this won't help because your giving into your dysphoria but it makes me feel a lot better and so I do it. If you don't want to give then simply don't follow what Ii just said, but trust me it helps.
Try to stay positive no matter what. I find watch or reading other people's stories help because mostly the stories are about how they got through it and what happened. This will make you feel at home and know that if they got through it so can you. You can go to my STORIES page to help you.
